RECOMMENDED POUR

Rhubarb 75

This fruity twist on a French 75 is the perfect drink for a long summer evening. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and pour in 20 ml of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 15 ml of rhubarb syrup (homemade if possible!), and 60 ml of Stockholms Bränneri’s Pink Gin. Shake well, then pour into a chilled champagne flute and top with chilled champagne or cava. Garnish with a ribbon of rhubarb, which you can swirl into the champagne flute. Dreamy!

Inspiration behind the product

Stockholms Bränneri’s Pink Gin is a tribute to the light-filled pink skies of a Swedish summer. Infused with rose petals and rhubarb, it’s fruity but dry; floral, but intriguingly botanical. The gin’s delicate pink colour comes from an infusion with foraged lingonberries post-distillation, which gives it a soft fruit character that balances out the herbal undertones of its juniper, lemon peel and coriander seed base.
